Forbes recently published a piece outlining 9 tips that successful entrepreneurs use to sharpen any weaknesses in their abilities or any aspect of their work performance that needs improvement. 

Some of those tips including embracing the guidance of those with more experience like mentors, as well as surrounding yourself with people you admire; learning from others, getting feedback on your work, and owning responsibility for seeking out new information and skills that would be helpful in pursuit of your goals; in addition to being mindful of your own limits while still engaging with opportunities outside your immediate comfort zone.
