If you’re looking to learn more about the intricacies and challenges in the world of employee benefits, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better duo from which to extract knowledge than Marty Traynor and Derek Winn.

An Omaha-based consultant, Traynor is a giant within the insurance and employee benefits space, with more than 50 years of experience–30 years of which was focused on voluntary benefits.

Likewise, Winn is a trusted benefits advisor and strategist, who has held senior positions at Business Benefits Group for more than a decade. In 2020, BenefitsPRO named Winn their Broker of the Year, and in 2019, EBA recognized him as a Rising Star in Advising. The two thought leaders recently met to discuss the biggest problem plaguing the world of employee benefits, how employers can reduce expenses in the wake of rising inflation, and the Great Resignation. Watch the video below to view the full conversation, and stay tuned for future “A Conversation With” interviews led by Traynor. Looking for more exclusive content?
