PACE Resources, Inc. was founded by the late Russell E. Horn, Sr. on November 1, 1970 to oversee its subsidiary companies and offer management support services and oversight to these professional and retail businesses.
Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, the PACE team originally provided accounting, financial services and human resources as well as legal and corporate communications.
