Vesta was formed in 2012 to help change the way employee benefits were crafted, managed, and delivered to employees. Our firm was born by a few individuals that wanted to approach employee benefits with every prospect or client the same way – "If we worked here, and we were also providing the employer contributions, how would we construct this benefits package so everyone wins".
