Vector ES was founded in 2015 by the Echols family in response to a need they observed within the insurance/employee benefits industry. Employers at all levels offer benefit packages as an incentive to keep employees happy and their workforce stable. However, as costs for health insurance and other benefit offerings started to rise, many smaller companies made the hard decision to drop benefit packages in order to keep costs down and doors open. Unfortunately, this wasn’t always necessary. Benefit solutions come in a variety of packages and with a variety of costs, including some options that require no money from the employer.
