As the Community Services Coordinator with OASIS Inc. (non-profit), I served on the leadership team and provided human resource support for staff and volunteers including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and the development and implementation of a performance management system.
Selected Accomplishments Include:
• Recruited, interviewed, trained, and supervised 10-30 volunteers yearly, including organizing a bi-yearly 40-hour volunteer training course.
• Wrote grants and assisted with the development and implementation of two new grant funded programs.
• Produced quarterly statistical and narrative grant reports.
