Developmental Preschool and Day Care Center provides complete child care services to all children from birth to nine years of age. The Center also provides developmental screening, hearing and vision screening, evaluation, special education, speech/language therapy, occupational and physical therapy, parent training and support, and service coordination to children with disabilities from birth to five years of age. We believe all children should receive a free developmental screening before the age of 2. Early treatment enables many children to overcome the effects of a disability and to reduce the need for services throughout life. The center coordinates with local day care centers and preschools to provide screenings and special education services for all children in the community. Group Mission Trips is the 501(c)(3) non-profit mission ministry of Group Cares that creates mission trip experiences to serve others in a way that transforms communities and helps participants, residents, and partners grow closer to Jesus. Our short-term mission trips are designed to partner with communities and volunteers through service to the elderly, homeless, low-income, and areas affected by natural disasters. Over the past thirty years, we've sent nearly half a million people who have dedicated millions of volunteer hours serving people in need through our unique mission trip experiences. Many people in the United States are unable to perform basic home repairs that keep their property safe. One of our programs provides volunteers and materials to complete home repair projects for the elderly, veterans, and disabled people free of charge. Another program we have works alongside 100 different community-based non-profits and provides volunteers to help them carry out their mission. Lastly, we serve in 10 countries around the world. We partner with local agencies and provide volunteers, materials, and support to carry out various services, including home repair, home construction, spiritual support, and friendship to those in need. All these years later, one constant remains true: We strongly believe in providing opportunities for youth to encounter Jesus through serving others either in their own backyard or halfway across the globe. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is to enable all young people in Larimer County, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County is the only comprehensive, facility-based, after-school and summer program in Larimer County that includes meals, positive youth development programming, and mentoring for only $20 a year.

We are building a better Weld County: children are reading to learn by fourth grade, youth are working at good jobs by age 25, families have stable housing, older adults are aging well, and people are connecting to resources.

Weld Food Bank is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization which alleviates hunger and poverty by providing food and services to people in need. We are a private non-profit organization and are not a part of county government. We work to educate the public about the nature of hunger and poverty. We recognize the need for emergency and supplemental food programs and of other non-profit organizations that meet the critical needs of low-income families. When we provide our services we strive to do so with compassion and respect for the dignity of the people seeking food assistance. Weld Food Bank is also a part of Feeding America which is the largest charitable hunger-relief organization in the country addressing the problem of domestic hunger by providing 4 billion meals to hungry people in America each year. This accomplishment is due to their nationwide network of 200 food banks and 60,000 food pantries and meal programs. Feeding America serves all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Homeward Alliance operates a continuum of programs and initiatives, ranging from critical survival gear, to employment services, to homelessness prevention. We are not only an alliance of services, but also an alliance of volunteers, donors, agency partners and other community stakeholders. We envision a community in which homelessness is rare, short-lived and non-recurring.

Our mission is to promote the full inclusion and integration of people with all types of disabilities into all levels of society, working towards independence and equality for people with disabilities. We are a non-residential, consumer-controlled, not for profit Independent Living Center that promotes independent living and the empowerment of all people with disabilities. We challenge barriers both physical and attitudinal, which restrict the rights and personal development opportunities of people with disabilities. We are one of ten certified Independent Living Centers in the State of Colorado, serving individuals in Weld, Morgan, Logan, Washington, Sedgwick, Yuma, and Phillips Counties. Eligibility criteria is simple: A person must have a disability that significantly impacts his or her ability to live independently in the community. Age or type of disability is never cause for ineligibility. Our Core Services include: Advocacy: We can assist and/or represent individuals with disabilities in obtaining access to benefits, services, and programs to which they may be entitled. Information and Referral: Information and referral services to all individuals who need help finding the appropriate community support. Peer Support: Our staff members who have disabilities provide support, teaching, and information sharing with consumers to help in overcoming barriers, handling the stresses of having a disability, and sharing resources helpful in maintaining independence. Independent Living Skills Training: Instruction to develop independent living skills in areas such as personal care, coping, financial management, social skills, and household management. Employment: We offer support in finding and retaining employment. Our staff provides assistance and training in job search techniques, resume writing, and interviewing skills. Housing: Assistance in locating housing that is accessible and affordable.

For over 55 years, Turning Point Center for Youth and Family Development has been serving families, children, and young adults with untreated mental health, behavioral health, and substance use issues that interfere with their ability to lead healthy and productive lives. What began as an emergency shelter for local youth in 1967 grew into a multi-faceted agency offering top-notch residential, transition, and holistic community-centered services for at-risk youth and their families throughout Colorado. While much has changed since its inception, the core mission of Turning Point remains - to provide a high-quality, structured, and therapeutic environment with growth and change opportunities for everyone involved.
