The Wisconsin Education Association Council represents the public policy, labor and professional interests of its members. WEAC is a strong voice for its members and for the 865,000 children in Wisconsin public schools. WEAC is affiliated with the National Education Association. WEAC members are public school teachers, counselors, library media specialists and education support professionals in Wisconsin public schools, as well as faculty and support staff in the Wisconsin Technical College System, active retired members, and university students who are studying to be educators.

The Wisconsin Medical Society is the largest association of physicians in Wisconsin, with thousands of members dedicated to the best interests of their patients.
