The Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (WAICU) is the official organization of Wisconsin’s 22 private, nonprofit colleges and universities. WAICU is dedicated to expanding educational opportunity for students and is nationally recognized for its innovative programming to control college costs and for its partnerships with employers to provide skilled graduates. The Carthage College Master of Science in Business Design and Innovation program consists of six foundational courses, an internship, five business design and innovation courses, and a capstone project. In addition, students participate in eight intensive weekend courses. Business Design and Innovation (BDI) Track prepares graduates to: • Lead and manage high-performing cross-functional teams. • Design innovative solutions. • Develop effective strategies and programs for private, nonprofit, and government sectors.
