Hills & Dales is a not-for-profit human services organization that provides services to children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities throughout Eastern Iowa. It has always been the primary focus to serve people with significant medical needs. Hills & Dales values a quality of life that enhances dignity, upholds rights and encourages choices by the individual. Our mission is to build meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities by offering services that support the whole person and enhance community inclusion. The organization provides residential, home and community based supported living, respite, inclusive childcare, therapy programs, autism programs, senior citizen services and inter-generational programs for people of all ages and abilities. Hills & Dales services occur at our Residential Center, in an individual’s home, at the Childcare Center, or at the Hills & Dales Community Center.

Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC) is the largest provider of community and center-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. We emphasize the importance of choice, the joy of work and the power of compassion. Now more than 60 years old, MARC enhances the lives of nearly 300 adults at five locations and at more than 100 community-based job sites.

Catholic Charities Diocese of Madison is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliated with Catholic Charities USA. We have served individuals and families in the 11 counties of the Diocese of Madison since 1946. Our programs help those who are aging, living with a disability, experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, and provide mobile food pantries in rural communities and drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Community Living Connections, Inc. is a local, non-profit agency founded in 2004. CLC provides home-based and community-based supported living services to approximately 250 individuals who live throughout the communities of Madison, Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, Platteville, and Stoughton - Wisconsin! United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County (UCP) is dedicated to understanding disabilities, creating opportunities and promoting a community where everyone belongs. More than our name, you probably know someone who has been served by UCP. We provide programs and services from birth through adulthood to people who have autism, epilepsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury and delays in speech, mobility and development. We serve more than 1,600 children and adults annually across southern Wisconsin.

Avenues to Community is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that has been providing Support Broker services to people with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries since 2001.

Our mission is to reduce homelessness in Dane County by collaborating with the community to provide shelter, affordable housing, and supportive services that eliminate barriers and empower the individuals and families we serve. We are the largest non-profit provider of affordable housing in Dane County and are comprised of an emergency shelter for men, an eviction prevention program, an outreach team, a job-training program, and provide housing and supportive services to men, women, and families. The Family Resource Center of Sheboygan County was established in 1997 as a nonprofit organization and is dedicated to supporting young children, their families, and adults through its two strengths-based, preventative programs: Parents as Teachers is a federally-approved, evidence-based home visitation program with a vision that all children, birth to school entry, will be safe, healthy, and thrive in supportive, nurturing, and loving families and also that children will start school ready to learn. Through monthly or biweekly home visits, trained, certified Parent Educators provide timely child development information, screenings, and answer parents’ questions. The Literacy Council provides adult learners one-on-one tutoring by trained volunteer tutors to help them learn how to read, write, and/or speak English better. The Literacy Council also teaches U.S. Citizenship classes at Lakeshore Technical College and offers Community Education Outreach workplace literacy program, where basic English classes are offered to area businesses.
