While not known then, the leaders of this organization would later join many other like-minded organizations across the state of Iowa that all had one common theme in mind – to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. The focus of Imagine the Possibilities has always remained the same: to give people equal opportunities to reach their goals and be an active member of their community. One of the things that Imagine the Possibilities prides itself on is the growth opportunities for their employees, and Imagine the Possibilities has worked endlessly to recruit, equip, and empower employees to invest in the lives of the people we serve in this area. Leadership at all locations know exactly what it means to do just this day in, and day out - because they've done it themselves. While Imagine the Possibilities prioritizes utmost the care it provides for the people we serve, we also believe in creating a healthy, positive work environment for our employees. That’s why we offer competitive pay and benefits, frequent culture-campaign incentives, and a healthy work environment for all.
