In 1973, a group of individuals banded together to form what would later be known as Imagine the Possibilities – a nonprofit organization that is purposed to serve individuals with disabilities. While not known then, the leaders of this organization would later join many other like-minded organizations across the state of Iowa that all had one common theme in mind – to empower people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. The focus of Imagine the Possibilities has always remained the same: to give people equal opportunities to reach their goals and be an active member of their community. It has always been the primary focus to serve people with significant medical needs. The organization provides residential, home and community based supported living, respite, inclusive childcare, therapy programs, autism programs, senior citizen services and inter-generational programs for people of all ages and abilities. Hills & Dales services occur at our Residential Center, in an individual’s home, at the Childcare Center, or at the Hills & Dales Community Center.

The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (SWWDB) is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting innovation and providing quality local workforce development programs and services to businesses and residents in Southwest Wisconsin. SWWDB is one of Wisconsin's 11 regional boards established by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), and is responsible for the planning and oversight of the workforce system in Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Rock counties. SWWDB represents the public/private nature of the workforce system. The organization is a Medicare certified Home Health agency and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and VA Services. Skyline Center has a unique work program that provides jobs to individuals with disabilities who take pride in enhancing and improving their personal skill levels while manufacturing top quality products. The Production Facility offers products for sale. Cotton cleaning products are manufactured out of 100% pure cotton flannel. The patches are durable and can effectively clean built-up residue, dirt, grease, and oil. Skyline's Gun Cleaning Kits contain all the products and tools needed to clean and maintain weapons for optimal performance and reliability. To continue to sustain this complex organization, Skyline has also been providing industrial services such as, co-packing, light assembly and order fulfillment to businesses in the Clinton, Iowa area for over 56 years. The production facility boasts 40,000 square feet of warehousing, five loading docks, a computerized inventory system and all necessary manufacturing supports. Products and services are made and performed in the USA and packaged by Americans with disabilities.

St Mark Youth Enrichment provides before and after school programs to children in title one schools in the Dubuque and Western Dubuque School Districts.
