Grafton Integrated Health Network partners with individuals, families and communities to solve complex behavioral health, wellness and human developmental challenges. With nearly 60 years of clinical experience and evidence-based data in behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities, Grafton is uniquely qualified to deliver improved outcomes. The organization often accepts – and, based on clearly defined indicators, is successful with – the most challenging clients, many of whom have a co-occurring diagnosis. Grafton is at the forefront in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, having worked with this population throughout the past six decades.
