RWR GROUP, INC.
RWR GROUP, INC.
Bedford, Pennsylvania

The origin of Reed, Wertz, & Roadman (hereafter RWR) goes back to approximately 1889 when Jacob Reed began a small insurance agency. His agency remained in the Reed family and was handed down to his son and then to his grandson, William S. Reed. In the 1940’s Homer Wertz also saw the need to start his own agency. He and his sister, Mildred, built their agency and prospered for many years. Homer decided to retire in 1968 and sold the Homer Wertz Agency to Donald Roadman. In 1971 Donald purchased the William S. Reed Agency and merged them into the present-day RWR. Donald managed and expanded the agency until 1993 when his son, Todd Roadman, purchased the business from him. In 1995, the agency joined the Keystone Insurers Group which broadened the markets and services that we are proud to provide to you. Our Mission Our mission is to develop life-long personal and business relationships with the purpose of meeting your insurance needs ethically, and efficiently.

SIMPSON & MCCRADY, LLC
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Simpson | McCrady LLC was founded in 1985 when Bill Simpson & Colvin McCrady merged their two operations. Initially the agency specialized in affluent personal lines insurance and commercial insurance for privately held companies. Since then, the company has expanded to provide coverage for over 5,000 personal lines clients including over $5 billion in insured valuable collectibles such as fine arts, jewelry and antiques for our clientele. Since our inception, we have become the largest Personal Lines agency for Chubb Insurance between New York and Chicago. As we have fine-tuned our expertise within the affluent and high net-worth market to keep pace with our client’s diverse needs, we have expanded our scope and ability to handle our client’s national and international exposures. The Commercial Lines Division has grown substantially since inception as the firm began to expand their focus. We have been able to develop in a way that has allowed our client base to increase in size organically and through strategic acquisitions. Chris McCrady and Clay Saftner, both Principals of our agency, have been fundamental in the success of this additional growth. Commercial Lines focuses on the overall risk management for our clients rather than simply selling insurance products. In 2004, Simpson | McCrady launched the Employee Benefits Division. The Employee Benefits Division specializes in all aspects of employee benefit programs from administrative services, consulting and employee communications. Don Balla, Principal, manages and oversees the Employee Benefits Division. In 2010, Simpson | McCrady started its fourth division, the Alternative Risk Division. Our Alternative Risk Division specializes in Insurance Management Service Captives. Sandra Fenters, Principal, brings a wealth of knowledge in providing captive management and consulting services for captive formations including pure single parent captives, group captives and fronting arrangements.

PROTECTING CREDIT UNIONS SINCE 1974 Sound underwriting and business-centric risk management policies have enabled American Share to successfully provide a strong, dependable private insurance option to credit unions for over forty years. At the heart of our business model is our belief in the right of credit unions to meet the needs of their members without undue outside interference in day-to-day operations. INSURER, NOT REGULATOR: American Share’s focus is on the safety and soundness of the credit union—we leave regulatory oversight to the individual state credit union authority. MEMBER OWNED: American Share is a credit union-owned share insurance fund. Our Board of Directors and Advisory Council are comprised of Presidents and CEOs of our member credit unions, ensuring that our membership has a voice in our operations. DUAL REGULATED: American Share is licensed by the Ohio Department of Insurance and dual regulated by the Ohio Departments of Insurance and Commerce, as well as supervised by credit union regulators in our other states of operation. FINANCIALLY SOUND: Our financial statements are audited annually by Deloitte & Touche, LLP. In addition to our history of low loss ratios and high equity levels, no member has ever lost money in an American Share-insured credit union account. As the only private insurance option in the credit union industry, we work closely with our member credit unions and state regulatory authorities to provide trusted insurance to more than one million credit union members nationally.
