Moses Lake Community Health Center (MLCHC) is a non-profit, community-driven, and patient-centered health care organization. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive primary health care services for the entire family, with a special focus on the underserved and migrant farm-workers in our community. Medical and dental care centers are located in Moses Lake and Quincy, and a dental center is located in Ephrata. Founded in 1978 as a satellite dental clinic of the North Central Washington Migrant Health Project in Wenatchee, MLCHC expanded in 1979 to include medical care to a primarily indigent and migrant population. The initial staff consisted of one physician, one physician’s assistant, and two dentists. With the addition of a second physician in 1981, the clinic was able to provide obstetrics and in-patient medical care and took the first step toward becoming a comprehensive primary care center. This year, 2022 we staff over 300 full-time staff members providing primary care, preventive, and wraparound services to a wide demographic of patients in the area. MLCHC assures patient care is culturally appropriate, in part by employing bi-lingual staff.

Our focus has always been on providing the best patient care and building relationships with patients. As an occupational medical provider, we have the unique opportunity to spend more time with patients than they would receive in a traditional insurance code-based clinic. We can talk and deeply examine each patient’s medical history. This has allowed us to achieve a better track record of health outcomes than many other healthcare providers. We’ve been doing occupational healthcare for decades, making us the most experienced occupational medicine provider in the area. Because of our unique approach to onsite medicine, we’re able to save our customers more money in medical expenses, time lost, and workers’ compensation costs than they could possible spend on our services. Employers who use our services are grateful for the positive change that occurs in their workplace when they adopt AnovaWorks' practice. Plus, we do the heavy lifting – our priority is to make the process as smooth and easy as possible for you.

Triumph is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families and individuals overcome addiction and mental health disorders in order to regain and maintain control of their lives. We offer a wide range of services including assessment, inpatient and outpatient treatment, family supports and treatment options, housing programs, education, counseling (individual and group) and referral. Our goal is to help people triumph over addiction and other behavioral health needs. The first step usually occurs in the outpatient center. Assessment is the beginning of the process. Everyone is an individual and we attempt to match services to individual needs. With a wide range of treatment options, we can design the most appropriate and effective treatment to accomplish a long range solution. After assessment, the client is offered recommendations which could include treatment, group and individual counseling, housing, or referral to residential services. We link services throughout the process to provide a path from initial diagnosis and treatment through return to normal life. We provide people with a toolbox of skills to not only succeed, but to maintain their success. Triumph is a United Way partner agency.
