Our 11 members provide retail electric service to their member-owners who total more than 550,000 (in terms of meters served) representing a population of approximately 1.2 million. Consumers are located in 70 counties along 59,000 miles of distribution lines that extend from Delaware and Maryland, south across Virginia to the North Carolina border, and from Virginia’s Eastern Shore to the Allegheny Highlands.
