The VACSB represents Virginia’s 39 Community Services Boards (CSB) and one Behavioral Health Authority (BHA) in state and federal public policy matters, including state and federal funding considerations, impacting CSB/BHAs and/or the individuals they serve. The VACSB works to build consensus positions on policy, administrative and operational issues of CSB/BHAs and represents those positions to state agency partners, the Governor of Virginia and the Virginia General Assembly. The VACSB provides training and development opportunities for CSB/BHA staff as well as our community stakeholder partners.
