-Lead strategy, recruitment, hiring, operations, and fundraising for 501(c)(3) / 501(c)(4) national non-profit that has trained 500+ diverse, pro-democracy technology professionals in English & Spanish free of charge or at low-cost -Cultivate and manage relationships with funders and stakeholders including Democracy Fund, Way to Win, Movement Voter Project, and more that have generated $1.4 million in grant and sponsorship revenue since 2019-Report to, collaborate with, and serve as thought partner for Board of Directors comprised of senior leaders from organizations including SEIU, State Voices, America Votes, The Movement Cooperative and more-Manage, coach, and help develop team of 3 direct reports and support management and development of anywhere from 6-15 contractors depending on training cycle with emphasis on building inclusive, joyful culture-Work with external vendors to manage payroll, HR, compliance, legal, and other key operations functions-Engage with outside consultancy for team and one-on-one coaching on equity, inclusion, and team development-Help develop and track progress of key performance indicators using tools like Trello of Google Looker Studio-Created and manage Talk Data to Me thought leadership series as a brand building and talent recruitment tool-Support and directly participate in training and professional development modules for students -Publicly represent Generation Data at conferences and in media appearances like The Great Battlefield podcast
