• Provide leadership to assigned contracted projects. • Generate job schedules and values• Review plans and details• Oversee Field Staff and Subcontractor coordination and labor needs• Oversee and report on progress, job cost and schedule• Site Layout- Set grades, Cut/Fill calculations, coordination of all underground utilities• Manage Financial Status and Billings• Assist with Fiscal Budgeting for the company and Development Profitability studies • Safety Officer and IT for the company• Equipment and Truck purchasing, maintenance and reporting for the fleet • Scheduling, coordination, and planning of multiple single-family new homes, additions and remodeling jobs• Oversee the Tracking and processing submittals, RFI, Plans, Specs and changes for all jobs• Oversee the Writing Purchase Orders for Subcontractors and Materials• Applying for Building and Zoning Permits• Tracking and completion of paperwork and documentation for Energy Star and LEED Certification• Customer Service and Issue Resolution• Tracking and ensuring OSHA and DOT compliance for all jobs, vehicles and equipment• Oversee the Close out and Commissioning process of completed projects
