Skymail International, Inc. is based in Salt Lake City Utah; locally owned and operated for over fifteen (15) years. Skymails management team holds over 150 years of combined mail management experience and represents an organization that is one of the top presort facilities in the United States. Skymail currently processes mail for some of the largest organizations in Utah, employing the most sorting capacity of any presort bureau in the State. Utilizing five (5) MLOCR sorting machines, Skymail holds the capacity to sort over one million pieces daily. This capacity, along with the experience of the management team at Skymail, provides the foundation for a highly capable print to mail organization. Skymail operates from a 36,000 square-foot single occupant facility, located minutes from the USPS sectional sorting facility and Salt Lake City Airport. Skymail represents a fully secure gated facility. All shipping and receiving areas are secure access only. Security alarms, magnetic lock doors and a full facility 24-hour digital camera surveillance system are additional security features. Fire alarms and sprinklers are installed for the protection of all mail and equipment on-site. Skymail is fully bonded and insured for customer protection against loss or theft. Self-contained power backup is in place to protect from power failures; a feature unique to our market niche in Utah. Skymail is also of only a handful of facilities in Utah to have on-site postal verification equipment; performing daily audits of our mail stream. To support the marketplace, Skymail has a fleet of company vehicles available to handle multiple pick up locations. Skymail currently sources mail from Logan to Provo. Our pick up programs are supported by a full-time transportation manager and a dedicated team of drivers. In order to enhance the process by which the various Funds'​ investments are governed and managed, the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System on March 1, 1996 contracted with The University of Texas/Texas A&M Investment Management Company ("UTIMCO"​) to invest funds under its fiduciary control. UTIMCO is a 501(c)(3) corporation modeled after investment management companies organized by Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, and Duke Universities to invest their respective assets. It is the first investment corporation formed by a public university system and oversees investments in the Permanent University Fund, the Permanent Health Fund, the Long Term Fund, and Intermediate Term Fund, and other assets. UTIMCO is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, consisting of at least three members of the UT System Board, four independent directors with substantial background and expertise in investments appointed by the UT System Board, and two members appointed by the Texas A&M System Board, one of whom must have a substantial background and expertise in investments. UTIMCO's governance structure is designed both to preserve ultimate regental control of investments for fiduciary purposes and to increase the level of expertise in the governance of investments.
