"We over service our customers, providing quality products, making it easy to do business together. A satisfied Customer Every Time. " Midwest Floor Coverings, Inc. was founded in April 1938 with three partners – Morris Parrish, Lance Graham and Ben Novikoff. Their business began as a distributor of a few rolls of carpet operating out of a small vacant building at 180 West 200 South in Salt Lake City. In 1956, Morris Parrish bought out the two other partners, Graham and Novikoff, and eventually moved the operation to Wagner Park with a 35,000 square foot warehouse and office facilities in 1963. Morris’s son, John, began working at Midwest in 1969 as a salesman. In 1980, John Parrish took over as president of the company. Under his leadership the company has experienced a steady growth and expansion. Midwest offers a full line of floor covering and installation products as well as laminate, acrylic and quartz countertop materials. The manufacturing division fabricates acrylic countertops and supplies laminated panels and prefinished postformed countertops. The Cabinet Division inventories cabinets in Salt Lake, Boise and Denver with full painting and finishing facilities in Salt Lake and Denver. Eric Parrish took over as President in 2015. INTERMOUNTAIN WIND AND SOLAR, LLC
INTERMOUNTAIN WIND AND SOLAR, LLC
Centerville, Utah
50-99 employees
What Makes Intermountain Wind & Solar Different? Intermountain Wind and Solar (IWS) is dedicated to renewable solar and wind energy. Renewable power generation is all we do—with more than 17 million watts and 67,000 panels installed (as of March 2016), IWS is Utah’s premier Solar Company. IWS has systems in virtually every community in the state. We are known as the group that does things right, who fixes other installers’ poor workmanship/design, and who trains inspectors on proper solar installation criteria. We have helped forge solar-friendly legislation in the states we operate and in small communities. We have counseled with the utility Public Service Commission on better power company programs and policies, helping to bring net metering to the mainstream and PV rebates to Main Street. 3 Reasons to Choose Intermountain Wind & Solar: First-Our Experience: IWS is the largest and most experienced residential and commercial solar contractor in the Intermountain West. Renewable power generation is all we do. Second-Quality of Service: We do not outsource our installations. All of our electricians and installers are full-time IWS employees, not independent contractors, that install solar all-day, every day. Third-Value: IWS consistently provides the best cost per watt pricing along with spot-on production estimates. We give you exactly what you pay for and we do it at a great value with options like our bulk purchase program along with many affordable financing choices.
