The Production Department is split into core competencies including cut and sew, trim shop, metal fabrication area and composite workshop. The Production Department benefits from the integrated computer business system, linking the Design Department CAD to the CNC machine shop. Following on from the previously mentioned accreditations, Percival Aviation is also an EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation. The company supplies a comprehensive service in the repair, overhaul and servicing for aircraft interior parts and seating. This work is undertaken on both a planned and unscheduled maintenance basis.
