Since its inception in 1992, Spectrum has been contracted as the caterer / producer / concessionaire to nearly 10,000 special events. Spectrum is comprised of three distinct divisions: Concessions Catering Special Events Each of those divisions is then further broken down into specific disciplines. We invite you to browse through our website to familiarize yourself with Spectrum's scope of services. Spectrum is well known for two key traits that set us apart from the crowd. First and foremost is integrity, our word is our bond. When we promise something, it will be delivered. When we report cash sales for an event, those are all the sales, and we pay our taxes on those sales. Second, we have a high standard of performance and presentation that must be achieved before the job is delivered. We spend the extra dollars to ensure that our clients' needs and expectations are exceeded. We are a turn-key company that asks little of our client. We allow the client to take all the glory with none of the sweat. Spectrum Catering, Concessions and Special Events (a D.B.A. of Facility Concession Services Inc.) OUR MISSION Saving lives from cervical cancer, one woman at a time, one day at a time. OUR VISION For women to live in a cervical cancer-free world by embracing the power of collective engagement. CORE VALUES No woman deserves to die of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is a preventable public health disease that can almost be eradicated through vaccination, screening and early treatment programs. BACKGROUND Why are HPV and cervical cancer important? HPV, or the human papillomavirus, causes a variety of diseases and cancers in humans, the most serious consequence of which is cervical cancer. Eighty percent of cervical cancer cases and 85% of cervical-cancer-related deaths occur in the developing world. Most women present for treatment in very advanced stages of the disease and therein lies the challenge. However, early detection can easily decrease the number of advanced cervical cancer cases, the financial burden of treating advanced cases, and the loss of life secondary to the disease. Lack of knowledge, poor infrastructure, and limited finances make progress in the foreseeable future questionable. Hence, creative models through which people, communities and societies engage collectively, with people helping people with or without government, are necessary for successful control of this cancer. As most developed countries such as the U.S. also have pockets of the developing world within them, learning from one another and finding solutions to overcome such challenges is a goal we strive for.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) contribute up to 45 percent of total employment and up to 33 percent of national income (GDP) in emerging economies*. The same study suggests there are between 365-445 million micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in emerging markets. But SMEs face unique challenges, which affect their growth and profitability and hence, diminish their ability to contribute effectively to sustainable development. Despite the big role SMEs play in the economy past statistics indicate that three out of five businesses fail within the first few months of operation. Causes to the failure include limited market access, limited access to information, finances and technology and unfavourable policy and regulatory environment among others**. Nuclear Business News, “NßN”, based in Zurich, Switzerland, fills this gap: - We offer a free business, marketing, technology and useful “Swiss knife” platform from the emerging markets in Middle East, Africa and Mainland China to your emerging business. - We study the emerging market trends and provide online expertise to save your time and cut your marketing. - We spread the information in English, Chinese, Arabic and Turkish because we believe that proximity is power. With NßN, you will break into emerging markets. Source: * World Bank (09/2015) **The International Journal of Business and Social Science (09/2014)
