Serves as Inside Sales Representative for Hydril’s Accessory office. Dealing directly with customers to meet their needs in the manufacturing/ threading of premium connections. Quoting prices, entering purchase orders, generating sales orders and work orders. Scheduling machine shop. Determining where/how to thread parts in order to meet customer’s time needs. Generation of thread certifications for customers. Generation of shipping documents. Serving as one of three primary liaisons between the Hydril Accessory office and the customers. Generating expense work orders for items such as repairs and test samples. Generation of purchase orders for outside process needed to meet customer needs such as buck-on, swage sample testing, etc. Meeting with customer representatives to discuss special projects.
