CAC AmeriCorps is committed to changing people’s lives through environmental service, embodying the spirit of hope, improving communities and making East Tennessee a better, more sustainable, place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other. CAC AmeriCorps is an AmeriCorps National Service program as well as a program of the Knoxville – Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC), a community action agency that has served the needs of low-income and other at risk populations in the region since 1964. CAC AmeriCorps leverages the skills, passions and ideals of the youth of our great nation in addressing pressing local environmental issues and interconnected social needs in Knoxville and surrounding areas. This is accomplished through empowering each member to use their hands, heart and mind to build capacity in our partner organizations and uplift the community both through traditional conservation practice as well as professional technical application. CAC AmeriCorps has been in operation since 1994 and is the longest running environmental service corps in the State of Tennessee. We are a proud member of the Corps Network and a 21st Century Conservation Service Corps.

Provision Healthcare was formed in 2005 with the purpose of developing innovative healthcare solutions focused on improving patient care and clinical outcomes and developing support for research, educational, and charitable causes. Provision has developed a unique, comprehensive expertise in proton therapy that distinguishes us from other equipment suppliers and proton and cancer center developers that have a much narrower focus. The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians is a federally recognized Native American tribe in the United States of America, who are descended from Cherokee who remained in the Eastern United States while others moved or were forced to relocate to the west in the 19th century. The history of the Eastern Band is synonymous with that of the Qualla Boundary, although the EBCI own, hold, or maintain additional lands in the vicinity, and as far away as 100 miles from the Qualla Boundary. The Eastern Cherokee are the descendants primarily of those persons listed on the Baker Rolls of Cherokee Indians. Located in beautiful Western North Carolina, Cherokee is the gateway to both the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Oconaluftee River runs through the heart of Cherokee and offers both locals and tourists incredible swimming holes, tubing and kayaking fun, as well as the most trout stocked river in the SE United States. The index measures girls'​ physical health and safety, economic security, education, emotional health, and access to extracurricular activities. Girl Scouts is the largest and most successful organization focused on developing girls into capable community leaders. Girl Scouts can make all the difference in the life of a girl, no matter who she is or where she lives. And girls need Girl Scouts now more than ever before.

Founded in 1954, American Whitewater is a national non-profit organization (Non-profit # 23-7083760) with a mission “to conserve and restore America's whitewater resources and to enhance opportunities to enjoy them safely.” American Whitewater is a membership organization representing a broad diversity of individual whitewater enthusiasts, river conservationists, and more than 100 local paddling club affiliates across America. The organization is the primary advocate for the preservation and protection of whitewater rivers throughout the United States, and connects the interests of human-powered recreational river users with ecological and science-based data to achieve the goals within its mission.

Emerald Youth Foundation is a Christian, urban youth ministry that serves more than 1,400 urban children, teens and young adults each year. Our ministry is implemented through a network of more than 15 churches and faith-based organizations in five youth and community zones. We desire to raise up a large number of urban youth to love Jesus Christ and become effective leaders who help renew their communities.
