Organizing our communities, making our voices heard, and utilizing a wide variety of tactics is imperative in shifting the political and financial systems that impact all aspects of life. -- DEVELOP REGENERATIVE AND SUSTAINABLE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES We need to meet the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We are doing this through regenerative community development, renewable energy investments and social enterprise development. -- DECOLONIZE OUR MINDS, COMMUNITIES, AND SOVEREIGN NATIONS The decolonization of our communities and people is directly related to our ability to prosper. Through the revitalization of our Indigenous ceremonies, culture, languages and life ways we will continue to strengthen our identity and break free from the oppressive systems that disconnect us from achieving the healing, growth and connection to spirit that is integral for us as Indigenous people.

Elevate Rapid City was established in 2019 merging the Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development organizations to lead the economic development and small business efforts in the Black Hills region. We work to elevate the Rapid City region for all with the strong vision of making Rapid City and the Black Hills region the place people want to be. Elevate Rapid City is committed to promoting business and personal advancement in western South Dakota through a targeted spotlight on jobs, infrastructure, and overall quality of life in and around the Black Hills region and Rapid City metro area. Together, we strive to embrace the heart and soul of our community through diversified growth and strong professional opportunities advocating the strengths of the Black Hills.

Expert on SHIINE Volunteer program and the 14 counties in my region. Managed an employee, provided training, program materials and support for a dozen volunteers, personally supervised the counseling and data acquisition of several hundred clients, provided ongoing technical support for employee and volunteers, led the creation of outreach programs and volunteer recruitment, volunteer risk and program management enforcement and monthly reporting● Increased YOY reporting (primary metric in this field) by over 150% in three months.● My department successfully onboarded and consulted over 300 clients in three months.
