• Upgrading accounting software.
• Working closely with the CIO to investigate the cost and disruption of potential data migration paths for an ERP.
• Creating and improving accounting methods / policies.
• Formalizing the valuation and due diligence process for future acquisitions.
• Identifying private lenders, venture capitalists and accredited investors to finance future acquisitions; Mitigating sales and VAT tax risk.
• Identifying expenses for cost savings.
• Laying the ground work for a financial planning / analysis process.
• Creating a PR strategy to guide us through new regulations and into markets that investors and lenders will find attractive.
