Managing the budget, coordinating all library functions, administering policies and procedures, and evaluating and improving services. Implementing adult programming to promote lifelong learning. Assisting patrons with reference questions and research on genealogy. Preparing grant applications that obtained funding from outside organizations. Serving as liaison with the Friends of the Library. Work with the Library Board of Trustees and patrons in the community. Hiring, training and supervising 19 staff members. Coordinating facility improvements to increase staff efficiency, help patrons and address problems with the library building.

The mission of the Easton Area Public Library is to promote literacy, to advance lifelong learning, and to contribute to the development of an active and informed community of citizens.
