As a place-based funder in rural Oregon and Siskiyou County, California, The Ford Family Foundation focuses its grant making, scholarship programs and community building support on its mission of “successful citizens and vital rural communities.” We are proudly located in the Umpqua Valley, the heart of Douglas County, Oregon. A Scholarship Office in Eugene provides individualized student supports for the Foundation’s scholarship recipients. Relief Nursery has been strengthening families and keeping children safe in Lane County for over 40 years. Relief Nursery programs have been demonstrated to have far-reaching, positive impacts on children and families. Relief Nursery families become more self-sufficient and raise their children in safer, more stable environments.

Avamere is a group of skilled nursing and post acute care providers dedicated to seniors'​ health and well-being. We take great pride in offering a continuum of care, which allows seniors to stay independent and active. With more than thirty skilled nursing facilities in Oregon and Washington, Avamere is responsive to the changing personal needs of seniors and those that may need post acute care. Avamere is dedicated to its patients, families, and employees. We are focused on driving culture and creating an environment of healing and progress.

• Coordinating music, transporting and setting up audio and visual equipment, and promoting five large events on the University of Oregon campus, attended by an estimated total of 2,200 college students • Coordinating music for a weekly campus event attended by 250+ people. Tasks include scheduling band members, organizing song lists, transporting audio equipment, coordinating audio/visual setup, and promoting the event through flyers and social media

Youth development is our focus. We deliver highly impactful programs and activities for school age youth (6 to 18) to help ensure they successfully advance in school through graduation, develop strong values and character, and live healthy lives.
