Responsible for the development and design of Total Rewards strategies and employee communication including a Total Rewards Statement which encompasses training and development hours, lifestyle benefits and pay for time not worked. Led a team of compensation, benefit and HRMS managers and professionals to design and execute plans for 9,000 employees in 23 states and 110 locations including Canada. Managed all facets of compensation and benefits administration including Incentive Plans, Stock Options, Restricted Stock, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, 401(k) Plan, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan in addition to traditional health and welfare benefits. Responsible for strategic planning and alignment of Total Rewards with company mission, values and objectives. Managed a $22 million health insurance budget for self-insured plans with more than 3,500 participants. Conducted cost-to-benefit analysis on all benefits offered to insure effective use of company resources and employee satisfaction. Oversaw People Soft HRIS system insuring accurate and timely processing of records and analyses of data and workflow. Managed the Tender Offer process for stock purchase and analyzed benefits prior to merger close.
