Beginning with just one truck back in 1979, Zwald Transport, Inc. has now grown to support a wide variety of businesses in and around Tillamook and Oregon. Ken Zwald started the trucking company as a hay hauler, and then eventually purchased a milk route in 1982. Ken and his wife, Nonda, continued to grow the company until 2015, when they handed over the reins to the next generation; kids Heather Taksdal and Nick Zwald. Since purchasing the business, Nick and Heather have aggressively grown; obtaining additional milk routes, starting new divisions and upgrading equipment.
