Founded in 1934, Great Western Malting Co. is the oldest malting company in the western United States. From our malt plants in Vancouver, WA and Pocatello, ID, Great Western Malting produces malt for leading brewers and distillers in the western United States and a number of export markets. Our customers include large national and international brewers, craft brewers and distillers and food processors. With the capability to load rail cars, trucks, bulk vessels and containers, Great Western Malting supplies our customers with the highest quality malts in the United States, Canada, Asia and South America. We produce a wide range of brewing and specialty malts in both bulk and bags. Great Western Malting also operates a roast house in Vancouver, WA where we produce a range of roast malts for the brewing community. In addition, the Vancouver malt plant is organic certified and provides a range of organic malts for the brewing and food industries.

Meduri Farms is located in Central Oregon and produces the highest quality dried fruit ingredients, including apples, cherries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries and tropical fruits, for the global marketplace. Our products are all natural and do not contain artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, or chemical preservatives.
