We created Austin Emergency Centers (AEC) to bring concierge-level, quality emergency care to the local community. Our patients enjoy the ambiance and aesthetics of a high-end private practice, followed by an evaluation by an experienced, emergency room physician, within minutes of entry to our facilities. We offer fast, concierge-level care, when minutes count. All testing is done quickly, without the delays associated with traditional, hospital-based emergency departments. In contrast to an urgent care clinic, AEC is a freestanding emergency room. Our facilities use the state-of-the-art equipment and technology of a modern hospital emergency room, including CT scans, bedside emergency ultrasound, digital radiology, and a full clinical laboratory ─ all in the comfort of an upscale clinical environment, without the typical inconveniences associated with a hospital-based setting. In addition to our board-certified emergency room physicians, our centers are staffed with experienced emergency room nurses, CT and X-ray technicians, EMT technicians, and a courteous front office staff. For your convenience, we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At AEC, you have the benefit of being evaluated and treated with state-of-the-art medical technology. We have onsite CT scans, digital X-ray technology, and ultrasound. And the best part is, your results are read by radiologists within minutes. You are in good hands at AEC. Our onsite laboratory can process complete blood counts, electrolyte/metabolic panels, urinalysis, cardiac enzymes, and other emergency department tests. Additionally, we are experienced in electrocardiogram testing and analysis. Austin Emergency Center is the first locally-owned ER in Austin, the first independently-run ER in Austin, and our two locations are the first freestanding ERs in Central and South Austin. • 3563 Far West Blvd Suite 110, Austin, TX 78731 • 4015 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704

LUMINA HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE
Corvallis, Oregon
51-200 employees
Quality of care. Support. Community. At Lumina, care begins with our people — a team of specialized physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, physical therapists, bereavement specialists and an ever-growing family of trained community volunteers. Together, these are the people who deliver the very best quality of care and respond to the needs of our Mid-Willamette Valley neighbors. Each and every day. Since our founding in 1980, we remain an independent, non-profit 501(c)3 source for responsive community hospice care and support. We are not a subset of a large, profit-motivated hospital or hospice chain. As a charitable organization, Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care is funded — in part — by the generous support of our local community. In turn, this enables us to provide the highest in quality care for our neighbors while exceeding the levels required by Medicare and private insurance. Our services: Hospice Care - A supportive approach to end-of-life care provided at the patient’s residence. Palliative Care Case Management - An interdisciplinary medical program for patients living with a serious or chronic illness who are not yet ready for hospice Palliative Care Consults - Clinical guidance for medical providers and patients to assist with symptom management and advance care planning Transitions - A non-medical community program to help individuals live well with a serious, life-limiting illness. Caregiver Support - For those caring for a family member or friend through a chronic or terminal illness. Grief Support and Education – Counseling and groups for the entire community. End-of-life Education – Trainings and presentations tailored to specific audiences.

Our Mission The mission of PPLM is to protect and promote sexual and reproductive health and freedom of choice by providing clinical services, education and advocacy. Our vision is that sexual health is essential to every person's well-being. Our Vision for the Future At Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, we envision a future where sexual health is a personal and public health priority. We are working to normalize sexual health through our education programs and a public awareness campaign designed to get people talking about what sexual health is, what it means to be sexually healthy, and the changes we need to improve sexual health in our culture. We strive to create an environment and culture in which it is normal for parents to talk with their kids about healthy behaviors around sex and sexuality; to encourage young people to seek regular preventive care to reduce disease and unintended pregnancy, and create an environment in which people regard sexual health as important to them, and to society at large. We envision a future where there is universal understanding and support for the right of each person to responsibly manage his/her sexual and reproductive health. Women's freedom, equality and health will be enhanced by access to a full range of family planning options. When the right to family planning is accepted as fundamental and mainstream, there is the potential for each woman to fulfill her own dreams. We envision a future where laws will guarantee these rights and ensure access to quality health care, education and advocacy services. These services will be readily available in safe settings that preserve and protect the privacy and rights of each individual regardless of income, age, marital status, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation.
