Counsel and assist management at all levels with employee relation issues, policy and compensation administration, and performance management.
Serve as the 401(k) Plan Administrator for all companies
Accountable for all state and federal labor law compliance and government reporting
Assist the Vice President of Human Resources with strategic planning and executive-level projects
