At the time, the store, located on Lower Greenville Avenue, was a meager 15-by-50 feet wide. To save $600 on new signage, Jansen was able to change the name of the store by simply adding “dy” to the original name. Over the past five decades, Goody Goody has established an excellent reputation based on grand selection, low pricing, and old-fashioned customer service.
