CHS accepts Medicaid, all Medicaid managed care plans, Medicare, and most insurance companies. Self-pay patients are also accepted and a sliding fee schedule is available for qualifying patients based on income and family size. CHS actively supports and participates in collaborative programs designed to enhance access and quality of health care in the communities that we serve. Partnering with local and regional hospitals, health departments, agencies and other organizations, CHS continues to seek out innovative strategies to maximize the impact local and regional health care has on the health and wellness of the community.
