In 1992, the Ohio Business Roundtable was established for one sole purpose: to improve Ohio’s business climate. Since its inception, the OBRT has worked with Ohio’s governors and legislative leaders to make Ohio more business-friendly and more competitive both nationally and internationally. The Roundtable is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization comprised of chief executive officers of many of Ohio’s largest, most successful companies. Because of the collective expertise and insight of OBRT members, the Roundtable is uniquely capable of bringing solutions to improve Ohio’s economic vitality and ensure that Ohio remains the ideal state in which to live, work and succeed.

Community Action Agencies work to alleviate poverty and empower low-income families in their communities. Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other. The Ohio Association of Community Action Agencies represents 48 agencies around the state serving the needs of low-income people in all of Ohio’s 88 counties. CAAs provide education and training, emergency services, and other assistance programs to nearly 800,000 Ohioans annually.

The Siemer Institute is a national, integrated, comprehensive model to prevent family homelessness and reduce a students classroom instability. The major strategies include: improving family financial and housing stability and a students educational development. The Siemer Institute is built on a community impact model achieved by successful local initiatives and operating as a collective impact network. The Siemer Institute is in over 50 cities throughout the county.
