Key Accomplishments: Expanded revenue by 60% in four years; from two to five sources; Successfully negotiated a 200% increase in company's line of credit; Negotiated loans and terms for the purchase of an office building; Successfully maintained unqualified audit opinion with no material adjustments; Actively managed investment portfolio creating enough capital for building down payment; Recreated financial records after complete loss by fire; Led group to complete large budget submission project for funding source; Expanded responsibilities to include management of physical facility, improvements and maintenance on building interior and grounds exterior; Reestablished and monitored 403(b) retirement program

By addressing multiple concerns and needs of Members and Employer Partners Columbus Works is able to eliminate barriers to successful and sustained employment, which impacts economic self-sufficiency. Economically self-sufficient individuals are taxpayers, role models, and productive citizens who are able to provide for themselves and their families without public assistance.
