Cincinnati, Ohio
25-49 employees
Nieman Plumbing was started as a Sole Proprietorship in 1975, and was incorporated in 1976. The original office and shop were operated at the Nieman residence on Weiss Road. The shop was built there in 1979. In 1988 the shop and offices were moved to the present location in Forest Park, Ohio. In 1990 an addition of two offices was completed. A major expansion was undertaken in 1994 with the completion of three more offices and a 5000 square foot expansion of the warehouse, that includes a mechanic's bay. To increase storage space a free standing metal pole building was added in 1997. This area now also houses the mechanic's bay. At the same time, the parking lot was expanded and paved. We continue to grow rapidly in a prosperous construction market. Since moving to our present location, our gross sales and work have more than tripled.
