• Assisted and guided managers concerning certain decision making processes, including disciplinary actions, hiring, policy compliance, legal and compliance issues [ADA, EEO, FMLA, FSLA, etc.]
• Administered payroll for the company, including reporting functions, ensuring the company is compliant with various laws and mandates
• Handled benefits administration for the company, including but not limited to, processing paperwork, auditing employee coverage’s and premiums, following up on employee inquiries, making recommendations for improving the benefits design, and supplying information to our vendors and insurance brokers
