Change Inc. is Commissioned on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a provider for Allied Community Resource Inc. and Advanced Behavioral Health. Our services are provided throughout the following counties within Connecticut: Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland, Windham, New London, Middlesex, and New Haven.
