During my stint here, I directed clinical and administrative aspects for a seamless flow of clinical operations, while complying with the organization's values. Furthermore, I outsourced medical billing to improve cash flow. One of my key duties was to collaborate with several referring offices and surgery facilities to ensure the provision of impeccable patient customer service and optimal surgeon workflow. I also authored and submitted all paperwork for PPE loans; successful in having PPE loans forgiven. I was responsible for managing all areas of office operations while serving as a resource to staff and physicians and identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and decrease expenses. In addition to the above, I addressed patients' questions and concerns in a timely manner. Lastly, I performed credentialing, revalidations, demographic verifications, and CAQH maintenance, including reviewing applications, drafting verification letters, and maintaining databases.
