Times are changing for all health care providers and especially for behavioral health. The people we serve are increasingly expecting better and more accountable services. Challenges to good health and well-being now require help with a broad range of issues like education, employment, safe and affordable housing and easy access to primary care. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.

Your local Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) provides services to help older adults and those of any age living with a disability live safely and independently in their own homes or community. These services are paid for by Medicare, Medicaid, other federal and state resources, as well as private pay. The AAA7 serves ten core counties in Southern Ohio including Adams, Brown, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton. The AAA7's Resource Center is available to help callers learn more about services that can help and offer an in-home assessment at no charge to discuss resources, needs and options in more detail.

RVCDS provides high quality early childhood care and education services for children, families and communities throughout WV. RVCDS serves over 12,000 people a year with a myriad of regional and statewide programs. These programs include Enterprise Child Development Center, school age programs, Family Child Care Food Program, Child Care Resource and Referral programs covering 20 counties, Birth to Three System Regional Administrative Units in Huntington and Charleston and the statewide WV Early Childhood Training Connections and Resources.

Hocking Athens Perry Community Action is an organization dedicated to alleviating the barriers placed by poverty in Appalachian Ohio. Community Action Agencies were founded on the idea that local citizens were the most knowledgeable and best equipped to address problems of poverty in their communities, Community Action gave previously powerless people the means to work toward their own self-sufficiency. For almost 50 years HAPCAP has been dedicated to alleviating the effects of poverty in our communities through administering new and innovative programs and creating opportunities for our neighbors. HAPCAP is one of 50 Community Action Agencies in Ohio and is proud to be a part of the Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD). We are a private, non-profit, community-based organization serving Southeast Ohio. Over the years we have expanded to include six Head Start centers, three Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) offices, a Housing office and the Regional Food Center. As we continue working beyond our half-century mark we will continue to dedicate ourselves to Southeast Ohio, to becoming the voice of community members and to enabling self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life for everyone.

Founded in 1979 by Dr. Ruth Sullivan, Autism Services Center (ASC) is a nonprofit, licensed behavioral health center providing Medicaid Waiver services to Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Putnam and Mason counties. ASC also provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Huntington, WV.

The Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development (COAD) is a private, non-profit community-based organization serving rural, mostly Appalachian, counties in eastern and southern Ohio. It is comprised of seventeen Community Action Agencies that serve a 30 county area. COAD has three major program divisions: Community Development, Early Care and Education and Senior Programs. COAD also offers scholarship assistance and leadership development opportunities.

Goodwill of South Central Ohio is a nonprofit overseen by a local board of trustees. Our donated goods retail stores help support services we provide to individuals with disabilities and challenges. Services include workforce development and job placement, adult day services, vocational rehabilitation, GED tutoring, and homemaker personal care.
