Key Accomplishments: • Reduced time of month‐end close cycle by one‐third through the use of enhanced accrual techniques and increased structuring of the close process. • Eliminated data redundancies and inconsistencies by redesigning the inventory tracking database. • Reduced unrecovered property tax overpayments at least $10K on a recurring annual basis by reforming the pro‐ration methodology applied to sales closings.
