Rresponsible for the development and implementation of dynamic sports and fitness activities for children in grades K-8 during the hours of 8am to 5pm, maximizing the use of The Performance Academy's (TPAs) facilities, that lead to the development of those TPA serves. Works with TPAs staff, coaches, counselors and volunteers to develop the camp program consistent with the needs and interests of the campers. Responsible for all aspects of the development of the Wellness Camp program under the supervision of the General Manager. Ensure that the staff and participants follow all camp policies, rules, and procedures correctly. Supports TPA in monitoring care to guarantee that each camper receives the optimum care while at camp. Serves as the primary resource person for problems encountered during camp. Assist the General Manager in supervision of the camp staff. If deficiencies occured works with the General Manager to correct those deficiencies. Assist the General Manager in evaluating all camp staff. Maintain all equipment and supplies needed for the camp program. Supervise the use of all equipment and ensure the correct use of the property.
