This has resulted in optimized pricing and margin improvement by up to 20% for some customer segments. • Consulted with company president on business development and perform supporting profitability, balance sheet, and ratio analysis. Regularly presented insights to board of directors. • Evaluated and led implementation of point-of-sale software, transitioning from traditional credit card machine to a computer-based system with tokenized credit card storage and integrated CRM, resulting in reduced transaction time (3 min to 30 sec) and reduced customer contract pricing errors. • Developed data transformation process to import Point of Sale transactions into Quickbooks Online, eliminating 30 minutes of daily work. • Developed in-house mobile Flight Logs App using AppSheet platform to digitize pilots’ flight reports and capture expenses, reducing data entry by 50% and expediting invoicing. • Automated creation of FAA-regulated pilot Time and Duty logs using data captured by Flight Logs App, eliminating 2-3 hours/month in reporting. • Standardized procedures and created Accounting SOP manual to document company processes. • Implemented health and retirement benefit programs for employees.
