Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ. For 40 years, Samaritan's Purse has done our utmost to follow Christ's command by going to the aid of the world's poor, sick, and suffering. We are an effective means of reaching hurting people in countries around the world with food, medicine, and other assistance in the Name of Jesus Christ. This, in turn, earns us a hearing for the Gospel, the Good News of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Our emergency relief programs provide desperately needed assistance to victims of natural disaster, war, disease, and famine. As we offer food, water, and temporary shelter, we meet critical needs and give people a chance to rebuild their lives. Our community development and vocational programs in impoverished villages and neighborhoods help people break the cycle of poverty and give them hope for a better tomorrow. We impact the lives of vulnerable children through educational, feeding, clothing, and shelter programs that let them know they are not forgotten. We provide first-class treatment in the Name of the Great Physician through our medical projects, as well as supplying mission hospitals with much needed equipment and supplies.

Community Foundation of Henderson County (CFHC) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) public charity helping people who care make lasting contributions to causes that matter. Direct financial management functions and business activities including development of monthly financial statements, financial forecasts and analysis, and budgets. General oversight of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Develop and continuous review of accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development of highly skilled accounting and financial management team to achieve established objectives. Coordinate training of staff on maintaining compliance with federal, state and local funding sources. Prepare for and assist with agency audit. Interact with the Executive Director and Program Directors concerning financial forecasts and reports.

Founded and Built MTN Merch retail boutique from the ground up. Responsible for everything from finance, buying, designing, marketing, advertising, product development, POS system, webpage, internet sales, hiring, management, working with vendors, growth and profit strategies, budgets, inventory management and more. MTN Merch was designed to reach a niche market in Asheville, NC that supplied locally made products [everything from shampoo to chocolate to leather and art], locally designed and printed apparel. It turned a profit the first year and was growing at 35-45% yearly. MTN Merch became a brand throughout North Carolina and worked to have products placed in other area retail locations. We also became a source for local BTB selling wholesale, providing product selection and design services, serving over 20 other accounts. MTM Merch was approached by a local vendor and was sold in 2017.
