CUPA-HR is higher ed HR. We serve higher education by providing the knowledge, resources, advocacy and connections to achieve organizational and workforce excellence. As the association for HR professionals in higher education, CUPA-HR provides leadership on higher education workplace issues in the U.S. and abroad. We monitor trends, explore emerging workforce issues, conduct research and promote strategic discussions among colleges and universities. The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians is a federally recognized Native American tribe in the United States of America, who are descended from Cherokee who remained in the Eastern United States while others moved or were forced to relocate to the west in the 19th century. The history of the Eastern Band is synonymous with that of the Qualla Boundary, although the EBCI own, hold, or maintain additional lands in the vicinity, and as far away as 100 miles from the Qualla Boundary. The Eastern Cherokee are the descendants primarily of those persons listed on the Baker Rolls of Cherokee Indians. Located in beautiful Western North Carolina, Cherokee is the gateway to both the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Founded in 1954, American Whitewater is a national non-profit organization (Non-profit # 23-7083760) with a mission “to conserve and restore America's whitewater resources and to enhance opportunities to enjoy them safely.” American Whitewater is a membership organization representing a broad diversity of individual whitewater enthusiasts, river conservationists, and more than 100 local paddling club affiliates across America. The organization is the primary advocate for the preservation and protection of whitewater rivers throughout the United States, and connects the interests of human-powered recreational river users with ecological and science-based data to achieve the goals within its mission.

The Children's Bible Club Bookstore is a religious institution company based out of Milton, FL, United States. It was founded by Dayton and Carolyn Hobbs in 1954 as a bus ministry for the children in the area. Soon the programs were recorded and used on the radio. Finally, the CBC stories were put in print form and the bookstore still ships orders all over the USA daily in an effort to share the Gospel message of Jesus. The well-loved Living Stories series is also owned by the CBC Bookstore.
