Direct financial management functions and business activities including development of monthly financial statements, financial forecasts and analysis, and budgets. General oversight of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash management. Administer all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Develop and continuous review of accounting policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development of highly skilled accounting and financial management team to achieve established objectives. Coordinate training of staff on maintaining compliance with federal, state and local funding sources. Prepare for and assist with agency audit. Interact with the Executive Director and Program Directors concerning financial forecasts and reports.
