As a Care Coordination Organization (CCO), we connect those with intellectual and developmental disabilities to services, health care, the community, and more. LIFEPlan Care Managers work with service providers to best support individuals in their pursuit of living happy and healthy lives.

The House of the Good Shepherd was founded in 1872 in Utica, New York to help meet the needs of local children and families. Since then, The House has evolved with the changing child welfare system. We have grown into a comprehensive human service agency providing treatment to more than 600 children and their families a year. Our goal is to help children and families, who are struggling with serious emotional, social and behavioral problems, discover their ability to succeed. Children and families who arrive at The House often have exhausted every available option for remaining together. Our main location is on a 27-acre campus at 1550 Champlin Avenue in Utica, New York. The House currently employs 400 full- and part-time staff and has more than 200 volunteers and student interns. The House of the Good Shepherd is classified as a non-sectarian, non-profit corporation, and is designated as a 501(c)3 charitable institution. We provide services without regard to ethnicity, religion, or financial status.

Mohawk Valley Community Action is the frontline resource for people living in poverty in Oneida and Herkimer Counties, providing direct services and support for education, employment, and family support services. LifeWorks Community Action, formerly Saratoga County EOC, helps thousands of neighbors each year overcome the challenges of poverty by providing food, early childhood education, energy services, maternal and childhood wellness, and immigrant services. Popular programs include The Pantry in Ballston Spa and The Kitchen in Saratoga Springs, as well as Head Start, WIC and Weatherization. Proudly part of the National Community Action Partnership, a coalition of 1,000+ agencies across the country working to alleviate and solve poverty at the local level.

Saratoga Center for the Family works to strengthen children, families, and our community by reducing the effects of abuse, trauma, and family dysfunction through advocacy, education and mental health therapy. Saratoga Center for the Family provides abuse prevention programs, mental health services, victims' advocacy and is home to the Harriet M. West Child Advocacy Center.

Fulton Friendship House is a public policy company based out of 18 Cayadutta St, Gloversville, New York, United States.

Supervised staff and college interns. Created programing working with Skidmore College to develop interns working with clients. Worked with clients in a 24 hour shelter enviroment. Worked directly under Ex-Director. Worked 24 hour hotline for domestic violence and rape crisis and did on-call for both offices.

The Prevention Team is a non-profit agency leading the way in Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs (ATOD) education and prevention services for Essex County in Northeastern New York. We work closely with various agencies, schools and businesses to support their efforts in making Essex County a safe and supportive place for all our residents. Working in such partnerships, we believe we will make a better tomorrow by the actions we take today! We communicate a clear message that emphasizes the importance of healthy development and continual learning in the four essential dimensions of life (physical, mental-emotional, social and spiritual) – for adults as well as youth.

Hope & Healing Recovery Community and Outreach Center - Utilizes own addiction and recovery expertise to serve as a resource for individuals at the center and ensure daily operation meets the needs of the community. Develops, delivers, and facilitates peer delivery of recovery enhancement programming with participants and volunteers.

United Way of the Mohawk Valley is an independent, locally-governed United Way non-profit organization that has been serving the people of the Mohawk Valley since 1921. We serve the communities of Herkimer and Oneida Counties. Our mission is to promote individual well-being, strengthen families and improve the quality of life in our community.

From running financials to running forklifts, it's hard to think of something I haven't done here, also including overseeing audits, board meetings, internal controls, bookkeeping,, hiring (and unfortunately at times, firing)  - even managing a fleet of freight trucks. And sometimes I just make a hot pot of coffee and listen to someone's problems. Compassion Coalition Inc. is an innovative, Upstate New York based Non-Proft specializing is supplying charitable organizations with a wide variety of products to better reach our neighbors in need. It's pioneering a new, hybrid/entrepreneurial model of self-sufficiency via a successful  grocery market model whose profits internally fund all operating expenses while also providing healthy food choices to the public at affordable prices. It is rewarding to spend my time working in an industry that is helping improve quality of life for so many people, in so many ways.
