For over 75 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Dr. Setzen is President of the New York State Society of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery. He is immediate Past-Chair of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of CT Laboratories and is President-Elect of ICACTL. Dr. Setzen is involved with several not-for-profit organizations and is President-Elect of Jewish Federation of Northeastern New York.
